I have constant stress in my upper shoulders, base of neck, arms and hands because of my job. This massager works very well at getting the knots out. I do recognize that the device seems strained the more I push against it, but that is pretty normal. I love the heat option and it gets pretty warm pretty quickly. I love the straps on it because it is easy to adjust to the areas I need massaged. I use it on my feet too, as it is easy to hold the device with one foot and as long as I don't push against it, it massages my feet great. When I have used the device too long it stops but if I press the power button it restarts. I also love that I can change the rotation of the massage in order to really work out a knot. This price is great and the device is nice and powerful.

Initially bought this Back and Neck Massager as a gift, but was intrigued so I ordered one for myself, too. Great decision! This thing is awesome. It is easy to hold and direct exactly to the muscles that are rebelling. The buttons on the side are clear - you can add heat and adjust pressure and direction of the massagers. It seems quite sturdy, which is great because I definitely appreciate a deep tissue massage, and this is able to really apply pressure without feeling like it is going to break or give out. Totally not a big deal, but it would be cool if you did not have to plug it in and could be more mobile. Regardless, was a great find - I love it, and so do the people we have since purchased it as a gift!

Received this as a gift and it didn't work at all. Easy to return and delivery of new one. Works well except the heat function doesn't work. So it seems there's some quality control issues. Nice that the massage changes direction and has automatic shut off.

I was a Lyft driver for 2 1/2 years and my neck has been in so much pain from the driving. I bought this due to reviews .. it def has helped out and loosened muscles. I love how you can move it down to your back and to the side easily. 100% recommend! This is amazing and so worth the price!

So I've been working from home for the past 9 months, like so many, and my WFH set up is significantly less ergonomic and comfortable than my regular office set up. This has led to quite a bit of hunching and weird positions. I was mostly okay until about a month ago I had a three day headache which no amount of migraine or aspirin would touch. Finally my boyfriend gave me a neck massage and said that he could feel a massive knot at the back of my neck and into my shoulders and that my muscles were insanely tight. That massage relieved my headache, the background neckache that I hadn't even noticed and I was able to focus again.Now, as kind as he is, a daily massage is probably not going to happen, so I went looking for something that would allow him not to develop carpal tunnel from trying to relieve my pain. Enter this strange looking massage device. I decided to take a risk because it was on sale over Black Friday/Cyber Monday and it seemed like at the very least it could be a heating pad of sorts. It arrived today and I tried it out and the only reason I waited a few hours to write this review was because I had work to do in between. THIS THING IS AMAZING!!!!My neck pain is gone, it works fantastic on the lower back, and it feels like a real human massaging you, but not in a creepy way. The balls moving inside feel quite sturdy so you can press it down on you and it doesn't feel like it will collapse or anything. It changes direction every minute or so, to make it feel less repetitive. The heat was nice, I didn't use it on the heat setting for long as I was already warm, but it seems relaxing. I will say you have to shift it around to access different areas, but that's no different than having a human massage, they can only reach one place at a time.There is a slight motor sound, obviously, which pulses as the balls move, but it's not super loud. I would say headphones on not very loud would drown it out completely, and it probably wouldn't wake someone sitting next to the user unless they were a very light sleeper.The quality of the fabric this is wrapped in is fine. It's not extraordinarily lush, but for the price I was impressed, it seems stitched together fine, and it's not something that will get intense wear, you use it while you're sitting, it's not going to haul firewood, and it probably won't last 30 years, but I wouldn't expect it to. It seems well built for what it is.It comes with a regular wall plug (you have to be plugged in to use it, it is NOT battery operated) and a car adapter dongle thing. The wall plug worked fine.In short, if you have some back/neck/lumbar pain or tightness, I 100% recommend this thing. Obviously if you have severe pain or persistent issues you should see a doctor before use, but if you, like me, have hacked together a work from home space that maybe doesn't encourage the best posture/ergonomic habits and are suffering the consequences, I ABSOLUTELY recommend this little thing. Sure, it's no substitute for a human massage, but until the pandemic is resolved, in person massages are probably not an option right now, so this little friend makes a good substitute!!

I wrestled with myself for weeks before finally deciding to purchase this. I really needed something to work, the knots out of my neck and back.I quickly figured out that I can't use this massager on most of my neck and back due to the severity of my fibromyalgia. The pain caused by just the weight of the item was too uncomfortable to bear. Moving it to an area less affected by fibro. Proves that it does have a nice massaging effect. Although the heat doesn't really work well, it's warm but not something that can be felt through leggings or shirt only when you put your bare hand on it.If you don't need the heat function and you do not have fibromyalgia. You're probably love it.I've had this device for a couple of weeks. Hoping to be able to use it when I was not in the middle of a fibro flare up. But evenon a few of my better days, it causes too much pain

I have stiffness in my neck and pain in my shoulders. This feels so good and really gets into the knots in my back. I’ve not long been using it, so can’t comment on the pain relief yet. I’ve been in pain for years, so it’s not going to disappear overnight. I do recommend this piece of equipment though. Regardless of any long term benefits, it’s very relaxing.

Purchased as a gift for my parents, they love it. The rotating heads are perfectly positioned to hit the knots in your shoulders. Easy to use, don't use the heating function at all really.One of the screws on one of the heads did come loose, but it was super simple to unzip the cover, retrieve the screw and pit it back. A nonissue for us.
