Good solid clamp to ground welder

This C-clamp type ground clamp really holds. It's also easier to attach than a spring clamp, which requires a lot of grip strength.This simply screws in and holds. Can take a monster cable -- much larger that what my MIG 285 rig needs, but it's great. Love it.I too almost threw the insulator away with the "empty" box -- the insulator was jammed in the bottom. Open both ends of the box to make sure all the parts are there.

No more grounding problems. Not so great on round parts, though.

Vame with the boot, screws, and ferrule. Boot was hard to find as it was stuck in the bottom of the box. Large screws were trapped by small screw inside socket.Quich and easy to assemble on some 2/0 cable I already had.

I literally love this . It carrys a current amazingly and I never have to worry about it falling off

much better connection , like that it has two set screws for clamping the cable. better connection equal less heat and better welds for our storm shelters

I made a wise choice when i bought this clamp

Do you self a favor: throw away your spring clamp, buy this, put it on a 1ft pigtail to your favorite flavor of connector, and use it on all your welders. We even chopped the mig ground off. So much better ground for tig. Never looking back!

Well made , works very well , it will last for years , very happy with it , I’d recommend it to anyone, that welds !!, not much more to say about it 10/10 .

Does the job and the quality is good!

This clamp is more robust than I was expecting! I like how I can use it to clamp my work together AND use it for the earth clamp.After installing it on my mig welder and testing my welds, i had to do some adjusting to get the welds looking nice, but once I got that dialed in, WOW my welds look much better than before.I gave it 4 stars only because the Alan screws used to clamp the wire inside the unit, are little short. I would like to tighten them a bit more, but can't because the screw would come out of the threads on the inside.
