I’ve used Watercolors shampoo for years to maintain and boost the color of my hair. The 1st picture is what came of the rose gold IKG color. Looks pretty blond doesn’t it. One wash with Watercolors rose gold shampoo and like magic it’s the right color. I’ve used Watercolors for copper, purple, aqua mermaid blue, works great for all the colors I’ve tried. You can use your regular conditioner, or one that deposits more color but if you’re going to go to the trouble, it needs to stay bright for a while. We all know how fast colors fade. Also, this would be fun for your kids, wash in, washes out in a week or so with regular shampoo so it’s not a commitment. My favorite color depositing shampoo.

Was worried my hair would turn blue, but it didn't. I'm about 75% grey, it's long n permed, so older hair with chemical processing. Very suseptible to uneven color surprises.I really like the soft silver blending after using it twice. And it didn't make my hair feel crispy. Will buy again.

The delivery: It arrived on time and well packaged. The rat-tail comb that was included was also in good condition. I just wish this was a Prime vendor so I didn't have to pay extra for shipping.The product: I ordered the Intense Metallic Rose Gold shade. Straight out of the bottle, the shampoo is a dark pink color with metallic gold flecks in it. It has a pleasant floral scent to it and lathers extremely well - thick lush lather, very satisfying!Pros: I've used Watercolors before when my hair was a darker and had great results and this shade did not disappoint! First, I have afro-textured 3b/4a curly-coily hair that has been chemically lightened. My color was already rose gold but it was a more on the copper side and the goal was to add more of the rose tone to it.I only used one application of the product and left it on for about 3 mins while I finished showering. It gave me a rich color payout of hot-pink tint with a golden metallic sheen to it that really shows up great in the light. Although it turned out a little darker than I'd wanted, I'm not completely mad at that. I'll probably just leave it on for less time on my next use.Cons: I find this shampoo tends to leave my hair feeling "stripped". It's similar to how a clarifying shampoo would make your hair feel after rinsing out. This was the same with the other shade that I'd used in the past. My hair requires a lot of moisture to keep it healthy and keep my curls poppin. So I recommend a deep conditioning treatment and a moisturizing leave-in condish after using it.Overall, the product does was its supposed to do, does it well and I would absolutely purchase it again. I'm a fan!

This is my 2nd time purchasing. I love the color and the fact that it isn’t permanent. It does tend to dry my scalp. I only use it once or twice a week. The shampoo does make my hair super smooth. Color does stay fairly well and it tones down my whites to a more steel gray color, which I like.

I’m in love with this product and growing my gray hair and this deposit a good color on the rest to match

I live this brand, but this rose gold color doesn’t show up in my hair at all. I have whit/gray hair and other colors show up great, but this one doesn’t.

Not enough pigment, 3 back to back washes and I can’t tell a difference. I’ve used other colors from this brand that deposit so much color after just 1 wash but not the Rose Gold. Would not recommend this shade.

I use this twice a week and enjoy the reset it gives my color!!
