Adhyatmikta Paperback – September 7, 2018

As a spiritual practitioner who wants to understand the why while being effective. I’m eastern but grew up in the west with not as much English resources accessible. This book has been so helpful. I’m not Hindu but the concepts make sense in approaching my spiritual practice. So grateful for this.

Nr. Nandy's conversation brings the Tantric world down to earth in a conversational approach. He honors the traditions, makes them relevant and workable without compromising the inherent challenges. The range of deity worship possible is presented in a refreshing, informative and knowledgeable manner.

A wonderful book covering several aspects of spirituality. Definitely recommended!

In this age of “spiritual window shopping”, what sets this little gem apart from the horde of run-of-the-mill spiritual books is that this is based on direct firsthand experiences encountered during the author’s own tested sadhana and not based on some theory or some one else’s experiences.Rajarshi Nandy’s distillation of core concepts and his clear step-by-step guidance in their practical application take the reader directly to the heart of a roadmap to sucess in sadhana.Whatever the reader's spiritual maturity, this book will help support and act as reference that will be turned to again and again for answers and confirmations.Definitely looking forward to more books form the author.

Don't purchase this book if you are not already in sadhana or not planning to be in sadhana in the near term.The author has a way with words and is adept at expressing complex ideas in simple language. The short chapters make for fast reading and keep the reader interested.This book is like a reference book and you may want to go back to it again and again as you progress in your spiritual journey.The chapters on various devatas at the end show the depth of knowledge of the author and contain little known facts about some of the common devatas.Read the book, commit to some process/sadhana and transform your life.

Watched Nandy jis channel and found this book to be a gem . Beautiful journey toward learning about the divine

I got myself a copy and one from my spiritual mentor. He, who is no more, told me that the author of this book is a genuine upasaka and has gone thru the path.I have read and it has been illuminating for me as well. A good primer for someone getting started in serious sadhana!

maybe the book was not that necessary I am reading it and i am not finding much more than I can find in videos. But it's ok, I like the guy, I wanted to contribute in his work in some way. :)

Rajarshi Sir is one of the most honest and genuine sadhak that I know of and his writing is the reflection of the same. Every chapter of this book is an answer to the question for a person on his spiritual journey. This book has inspired me to learn more about my culture and dig deeper into spiritual.
