Not AirPods, But... (Comfortable, Quality Bluetooth Headphones That Won't Break The Bank)
The media could not be loaded. The Jecoo Bluetooth headphones were a pleasant surprise upon the unboxing, neatly and attractively packaged. The big surprise was the sleek round carrying case, with obvious care put in for easy stowing and transport.Accessories are not lacking with this product, coming with multiple earbud fittings to accommodate any ear opening. Also, a 6” charger and supporting literature. For being an inexpensive accessory, it was a delight to see so much put into the branding and packaging design.DesignThe headphones have an attractive black/red combination and are easy to put on. The controls are simple, easily accessible on the right ear’s headphone accessory. The unit came pre-charged so set up and initial use was possible right out of the box.The accompanying wire is long enough that it does not hamper comfort for the user, however, the wire can stick to the neck when sweaty and be an annoyance. The headphone unit size on each ear is not huge, but they are not small either. They remain securely in the ear, even without the rubber harness that wraps over the back of the ear. This, of course, ensures they do not fall off the ear when used in active situations.Setup/PairingThe device powers on by depressing the round button on the side, followed by a voice indicating the accessory is on. The pairing proved a little tricky, mainly due to the unit not having a descriptive Bluetooth name to find. However, thankfully, on iPhone a newly-discovered device shows separately at the bottom so it’s not as much of an issue. The unit paired effortlessly and immediately assumed command, is completely integrated with all functions.Performance/DurabilityThe sound performance was surprisingly good considering the device is under $25. The earbuds fit snugly and were comfortable to wear, even for sport-related activities. The bass range was impressive and supplied a deep, harmonic experience. The treble was somewhat lacking and fostered an internal struggle to desire the high notes in different sound situations. Because of deep ear penetration, stronger volume levels were not necessary for normal day-to-day environments.ControlsThe volume buttons were not difficult to navigate, once the proper use of each was determined. By quickly depressing the main round button engages the play/pause feature. It also gives the ability to make/hang-up phone calls when in the proper interface.Battery LifeBattery life is excellent, performing up to 8 hours depending on the dynamics of the activity (Volume level, distance from Bluetooth source, the frequency of controls engaged, etc.)Water ResistanceThey claim to have IPX7 water resistance which means they are good for sweat, light rain, humid environments. I would advise not wearing them regularly during heavy downpours or making a habit of wearing them in the shower. If possible, keep them from being submerged and used during swimming or bathing. However, at such a low cost you could test them underwater and just pick up another pair if they become compromised.Pros/ConsPros:• Inexpensive• Very durable and can be worn in most situations (With the exception of fast-moving activities due to wind noise)• Comfortable (Ergonomically, they feel very natural on the ears and can be worn for long periods of time)• Easy pairing (The device paired immediately with an iPhone)• Good Bluetooth range (Bluetooth connectivity remained at quality up to about 15 feet away from the source)• Good quality for phone calls (Was able to hear caller and caller was able to clearly hear the one with the headphones with clarity)• Attractive carrying case (Beautifully branded, the protective case makes for easy stowing and transport)Cons:• Does not perform extremely well when it comes to fast-moving sporting activities like cycling. They are not aerodynamic enough to handle the wind noise and thus require the volume to be increased which for quieter broadcasts can prove unsuccessful.• Not enough treble range to bring out the higher frequencies. Sound can sound on the dull side• Non-specific pairing name – is difficult to identify on devices• Cannot be worn in bed, particularly when laying on the sideConclusionOverall, at just under $22, these headphones are a great budget solution and are a pair you don’t have to take an insurance policy out on. With the protective case, they can be brought with you anywhere and can weather most rugged situations. If you’re not a stickler for high dynamic range, ultra-attractive, low-profile design, and you’re not an avid cyclist needing your tunes, these headphones will completely satisfy your listening pleasure. Why, if you don’t like them, put them back in the beautifully-branded box wrap them up and give them to your pre-teen or one of your parents as a cool tech surprise.

Good for the price
I had another similar pair that I lost, but they stuck out of my ears way to far anyway, and made me look like a mutant alien robot or something, and these Jecoo's have a lower profile. The sound is good, volume has a limiter on it and will tell you vocally "Maximum Volume" which is fine for me, I don't need the volume that high anymore. Base is good, but I am not a 'mega bass junkie' as much as some of the other Amazon reviewers are. What I don't like is the connecting wire is too stiff, and ear hook is too soft. I wear a clip (Clips for Earphone Wire,360 Degree Rotate Headphone Mount Cable Clothing Clip, Use for Fixing Headphone Wire,Black & White (20Pcs/Pack) -- $5 Amazon -- (to keep from losing them when not in my ears and turned off) and wearing around my neck, but no matter where I clip them to my shirt or jacket collar, when I turn my head one way or the other, they will pull at my ears, and sometimes will be pulled lose and I must reinstall in ear or readjust them, I often wear a baseball cap when outside (running/cycling/walking/yardword) so I've found I just clip them to the back of it and it is perfect. And also as I stated, the ear hook is a bit too soft and I must re-adjust them every so often, or more often when I am running, but not a big deal. They charge quick, and seem to hold a charge for a while, not sure how long but definitely not for the 12 hours the seller claims, as they have petered out on me while in use and I know I didn't get very close to at least 12 hours out of them, maybe 8 - 10 hrs. at mid/midhigh volume, which is still fine for me.My advice to Jecoo is soften the connecting wire, and stiffen the ear hooks. Aside from that, good value for the money. I like them, and recommend them and would probably buy again. And they would be great for kids if you don't want to spend a lot of money figuring they will might them anyway, and they come with a little carrying case.

Voice sounds like you're in a tunnel, has some pairing issues
Here are the products I've used these headphones with:Samsung Galaxy Note 8Samsung Galaxy Note 10+Amazon Fire 10 Tablet HDHere's what I've used the Headphones for:Music (Amazon Prime mainly)Duolingo (language program)Phone callsOnline meetings (Google meet)MoviesVoice to text on phoneFirst the good: sound quality is solid for music and movies, however during conversations people sound like they're far away. The red and black looks cool, they are some of the best looking headphones I've seen. Battery life is good, not the 8 hours they claim, but I can get a solid 5 with music only. They are very lightweight as well, great for exercising if they will stay on your ears...Now the bad:Had pairing issues on all 3 devices, sometimes I have to try and pair the headphones multiple times even with Smartlock on my phone. Often when they pair, they will only pair for audio and not voice.Voice is bad. People can't hear me on the other end of the conversation for both video meetings and phone calls. Everything from "you sound like you're in a tunnel, or driving" or "you sound so far away". I've tried testing these by putting these in different positions on my ear, but it doesn't help. Duolingo and any programs I use with voice to text have a very hard time getting the text right. With other wireless headsets, not a problem. The ear loops are big. I have smaller ears, and these things slide around. If I move my head quickly, they will fall off. This is with the small earbud inserted into my ear canal. I can't move around much with these and definitely can't exercise with them. I have 2 other brands of similar wraparound wireless headsets, and this is NOT a problem. So obviously haven't "sweat" tested them. These have been relegated to my backup headphones I have lying around in case other headphones run out of juice, left them at girlfriends, or whatever. There are plenty of better headphones at the same price point.

These earbuds are great, a little to big for my ears
I love that they are wireless and good quality.I would like some that are smaller.
