I like writing detailed & thorough reviews so I expect this to be long. (You've been warned.) I, personally, scroll all over for super close comparison sizes from previous reviewers. If you do that too, I hope this can help.I first searched for a Halloween party type costume on here for my October birthday. I consider myself an average-to-short young adult woman, on the bigger torso side, with no curves or any thickness in any of the right places, and I have no junk in the trunk at all. I'm 5'5", approx. 160-165 lbs, 36D, wear medium t-shirts, U.S. 13-14 in jeans, and prefer a *little* bit of tight clothing. I ordered a large and I'm super happy. Here's why.To start off, I'm obsessed with astronomy so seeing this pop up on my search was a no-brainer. It was delivered within 2 days, it's comfortable, the silver material is stretchy, & you can pick & choose what accessories to wear with it. I personally chose not to wear the clear plastic hoodie (attaches via velcro) nor the leg garter... yet. (Haven't tried it on yet, I think the costume looks fine without, but I will try it on again later.) I paired it with black yoga pants underneath for warmth, modesty for the rump, & at the recommendation of previous reviewers. (I'm wearing the leggings AND butt pads also from Amazon too, and this costume STILL is big in the back side. Not hugely though, it doesn't get in the way or expose your whole cheek or anything. If you have a butt, then you'll be fine. But my pancake flap jacks couldn't fill it. All good.) I love the zipper in the front so you can decide how much or how little of the ladies you wanna show off. The shoulder pad part has a material that is thick/unforgiving, & makes it a little difficult to get over broad football player shoulders like mine. All I did was a little shimmy and it fit right over. Problem solved then fit like a glove. Other than that, it's very breathable, very comfortable, very cute, & I can't wait to wear it for my party. Like most one-piece costumes, it doesn't accommodate differences in shoulder widths, bust/waist measurements, or back side size/shapes. But the large fits me 99% well in 99% of the places, so I consider this a win. I didn't look at nor follow the size guide, so I can't comment whether it's accurate or not. I just followed all the review suggestions, my gut feeling, & my previous experiences in online shopping for Halloween costumes. Now, if I have to make a mad dash to the bathroom, this costume could prove difficult to remove in short time frame. Guess I'll just have to pay attention & give myself plenty of time.I can't find any major cons of this costume. My shoulders are big and my back side is small, so what? The costume isn't ripping nor falling apart. & it's super cute.Do yourself a favor & BUY THIS COSTUME! I absolutely love it & see myself wearing it for a few years. I hope this review made sense...

This was perfect for my outer space engagement shoot! Paired it with a cute skirt and some fun space accessories. I’m 5’7” and have super long arms and I felt it fit really well. Overall awesome purchase! Will definitely break this out again for Halloween!

It's cheeky but looks great with Fish Nets.The thigh band is oddly big, even for my thick thighs but it really adds.I didn't use the hood that came with it, it's just clear plastic but the rest of the outfit is great! The shoulder pads make it & I got compliments all night. We were celebrating a friend's birthday - and he loves space so we all dressed up this way for a full evening!

This is very cute and comfortable. The top has a surprising amount of support for women with larger chests. It’s definitely sized for curvy or hourglass women. Size large fit me and I’m a pretty heavy woman. I’m 5’7 205lbs and wear XL tops and size 14 pants. I ordered this in a size large because so many reviews said it was loose in the Butt. For my shape I could have gone with XL because the shoulders were a little small, but the large works.

The costume is really cute in person! However, as I was unsure about the fit I ordered a medium when I usually wear a small. I’m 5’2, 36B, with an athletic hour-glass shape. I have wide hips and a bigger derrière. The medium was perfect on top except for the sleeves being a bit long, But the waist and lower area were baggy on me and didn’t look right. The belt fit ok but the garter was WAY too big, even on my muscular legs. So I exchanged for a small. Hope this helps :)

I went to try it on and the zipper was broken. I need it for a concert so here’s to hoping the replacement gets here in time.

I purchased this costume for a Halloween party & I loved it. For reference, I’m 5’0 140lbs and ordered a size small. I still had room in this costume. Material is stretchy and great quality!! Other reviews state the leg garter was loose but I didn’t have that issue as my thighs are pretty thick. I feel like that can be a quick fix for someone with a slimmer thigh! (Cut and re-sew the loop for tighter fit) Glasses & boots were purchased separately but looked great together. Buy this costume !

Wore this to two music festivals and it was a huge hit. It fits so well! Material is very flattering.
