but this volume does start to restore what I liked about it at the beginning
This series went down hill quickly thanks to Scott Lobdell's writing, but this volume does start to restore what I liked about it at the beginning.

Really good
Sometimes the stories aren't that amazing but this one was really cool too. Lots of action. Jason, Kori and Roy are all amazing.

Red Hood & The outlaws
Destiné aux inconditionnels des comics comme moi-même (dommage que cette série divertissante n' a jamais été traduite en français) fait partie de la franchise Batman

not bad. But not to the calibre of Lobdell's work
Mixed material. First two issues finishes off the cliffhanger in volume 4. Next three issues are written by Will Pfeifer. I've never read his material before, but I found his story arc a grind to go through and definitely not on par with Scott Lobdell's first three volumes. There are also two stand alone issues. The Arsenal issue is a throwback to what makes this series stand out.Overall, not bad. But not to the calibre of Lobdell's work.

Decent.
While I love the characters, I'm often confused by the direction this series went in.Also angered that only ONE issue in this Volume is tied to the cliffhanger of the last volume. Would have been much, MUCH better to include that issue in the last volume so Volume 4 could contain the full story arc. Feels like a cheap ploy to get people to buy this volume, which otherwise contains some standalone stories, which I rather liked, much more than the boring Ra's Al Ghul story.
