The next thing I look for what is the goal of taking it. This supplement is for immune system support.Let’s check out what’s in it: Specialized blend of humic acid, monolaurin, olive leaf extract, and Lactobacillus rhamnosus lysate. In all honesty these ingredients mean nothing to me so I went online and they all appear to provide a purpose and a solution. From the manufacturer: “Provides antioxidant benefits that help neutralize and remove toxins.”I haven’t been taking them that long so it’s a very short sample size, but I haven’t had any gastric distress, allergic reactions or any of the other possible bad things that can happen when you take a new supplement. I think this one is a keeper.

Very good special complex for my special problems as a man now facing my 70th year. I really do appreciate Saw Palmetto, and this complex appears to have a very potent dose. The other ingredients must also be helpful as I am already doing better after taking these for about a week. I have been using Saw Palmetto mostly by itself for years. This complex must have things I did not know I needed till now.My wife decided to take these as well. I did not fully realize how women could benefit from Saw Palmetto and the ingredients in this complex.Both of us have no trouble or issues taking 2 of these capsules every day. My wife appreciates liver and bladder support supplements and are certainly an issue at our age. So this supplement is good for both of us for all these reasons.The physician who developed supplement has the appreciation of both my wife and myself. The company has a great reputation and performs 3rd party testing, which lends a lot of credibility in my book. The ingredients are good as anti-oxidants and beneficial at removing toxins, which is always a positive thing. It also has anti-inflammatory properties, and inflammation has come to be known as a root cause of the majority of physical problems we face. It also supports gut health, which is another plus.

So far I've been taking this for about 2 weeks and haven't noticed any stomach upset or other adverse reactions. It appears safe, and some quick research shows that this company has a good track record. I will probably save the remainder for my next trip to give a bit of reassurance that I won't catch anything.

I have been very happy with other products from this brand, however this one does not agree with my system at all. I feel like I had an allergic reaction to something in the product. Very sad that I cannot return it so I can buy more of the products that I do like.I only took it for one week, by the end of the week I was so bloated and swollen and uncomfortable that I stopped. Within two days I was completely back to normal so I know that it was the product that caused this. It’s really too bad that some of the products are not offered in smaller amounts so they can be tested, especially if there’s a no return policy.
