I have always been a little hesitant about fiber gummies. It just doesn't seem like they would have real fiber in them. I guess I have a medicinal mindset as medicine to me is supposed to be gross. LOL They actually do work pretty good. They taste good too. I have a strong distaste for sour or tart things, and these are not either of them. They taste good!! If you're not used to fiber supplement, take them in early evening as they may cause some gas. For me, that's how I know its working! Fiber cannot be digested, which is what sets off this chain reaction. I like that its made from chicory root and not psyllium husks. I prefer to mix up my fiber supplements the same way it would be mixed up through food that's eaten. I think this is a good product and I would buy it again. Unfortunately its slightly more pricey than some of the other fiber gummies that are also made with chicory root. I prefer cheaper alternatives when available. I would still recommend these though.

My 6 year old loves these. Tastes great and works, too much cheese.

I have to give credit when credit is due and this product absolutely saved our world! Might be a bit TMI, but I’m hoping a fellow momma might need this recommendation.My daughter is 4 and since she was born, she has had chronic constipation. It’s been a constant battle, and she’s been terrified of potty training due to the pain associated with it. Now, preschool is a few months away, and sis needs to be potty trained so that she can attend school. Doctor’s have prescribed her miralax and even the laxative chocolates and she didn’t like taking either, no matter how sneaky I was at giving it to her. It’s almost like she could taste the medicine.So I done some research, and found this product, Chapter One “F is for Fiber” and bought it. It was very inexpensive and also on Amazon Prime. She now refers to these as her “morning gummies”. She loves the taste of these and it’s never an issue for her to take these, she wakes up and asks for them.But what’s most important is she has now been out of pull ups for almost a full week. She’s no longer constipated and she is SO PROUD of herself that she can’t stop talking about it. The first thing she said after her first successful BM in the big potty, with a shaky voice and tears in her eyes, was “now I can go to school and make so many friends!” ♡︎This product has been incredible and has made my daughter’s self esteem soar. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone that has children with constipation.

I first got those vitamin when it first came on Amazon. It was on sale then when I bought it I bought a lot of other ones omega etc every single one that they had on sale. I bought it for my kids. It was really nice I even had it on subscribe and save and I stop using it for a while but recently I saw it.again and I bought it and he still taste the same. My kids still love it and I hope its helping them and I hope its helping them some how. I will keep it on subscribe & save for now. I Will recommend it. My only con is that it’s expensive there are other cheaper ones on Amazon.

My daughter has tried many brands of fiber gummies. There was an Amazon brand (Revly) that she liked but they seem to be discontinued. We have been on the hunt for a replacement brand that tastes good, has a child-friendly consistency and provides enough fiber. We found that fiber gummy with Chapter One. In fact, she thinks these are better than the brand she previously liked. Thankful to have a winner after trying so many brands that didn’t pass the test. We will purchase these again and may even try some of the other varieties.

The gummies were too tough to chew. I ordered them for myself and it was a little difficult to chew. I can’t imagine how difficult it would be for a child to chew on them.

Great taste and good price for what it is. The gummies are a little chewy and sticks to your teeth but other than that it is pretty easy to consume. Although I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, I like to supplement fiber sometimes to flush or detox my body. I don't do well with senna or other colon cleanser; they are too strong for me. This is a much better way, at least for me, to supplement fiber in my diet compared to powder, and easy on my body too.

I absolutely LOVE these gummies. The flavor is fantastic, natural, and just the right amount of sweet. I think it’s the chewy texture that really set these apart. We’ve tried so many different types of fiber gummies but these are the only ones that everyone in my family (ages 2-42) want to take. Not to mention when you take these you’re supposed to drink water with them so I love that I have a reason to get my two year old to drink more water and I appreciate the reminder to drink more water myself. To state the obvious, these work, my family is now #2ing on the regular!

My son has suffered with chronic constipation since he was 4 months old. It has always been a struggle for him to poop. It got to a point where he was so scared to poop for fear of pain, he would hold it in as long as possible.These fiber gummies work great! He is pooping more often and he gets surprised when he goes and he says it doesn't hurt! That's a definite win for us!

My son has been in and out of hospital being compacted to the eyeballs…. Months of not going to the toilet to then soiling himself up to 10 times in a day! We couldn’t get the balance right until we started these.1 tablet a day and he is regular every day, no further impaction and no soiling since! Highly recommend for anyone going through the same … we had tried prescriptions vs over the counter medication and these are the only thing that worked! He takes them easy and says they taste good too…

Bought these gummies because the ones my son takes for constipation are out of stock and these are amazing. I placed another order before they are out of stock.

After seeing the GP and paediatrician several times and being prescribed laxatives for constipation these have been god send. My daughter was constipated and very uncomfortable but laxatives made her soil and she then become upset at this. Once the laxatives had emptied her out we started with these gummies and warm bath every night and from struggling and straining once a week, she now has bowel movement every other day

I bought them for my son, he loves them and chews them with no problem, but I am not sure there was any change for the better in his toilet routine.
