Hunter is a quality brand which is what I expect. The fan it self is very quiet and the light bulbs, led,come with the fixture. I like that the fixtures and light pull match to a tea. I love it in white and bought three 😍

Installation was easy with the exception of retrofitting to my original outlet box. No fault of the new fan, just my old house has many quirks.It’s been a while since I last installed a ceiling fan so my comparisons may not be valid with current competition. That being said1. Fan directions were clear. Hardware was in marked bags which were identified in the instructions.2. Light kit was easy to attach, provided bulbs are nicely bright.3. Fan blade installation was a breeze and they were perfectly balanced. No wobble at all even at top speed4. Pull chains have icons on them to identify if for light or fan, just a really nice featureVery satisfied, will using same to replace my dining room fan

That’s the point of a fan, right? Low is very gentle. Medium is medium. But high creates a strong breeze. It’s incredible.This fan was easy to install. Instructions were easy to follow, made sense, and we had no issues.Now I need more of these for the other rooms in my house because everyone is jealous. Seriously. It’s gorgeous, but the functionality pushes it to excellence.

I have installed about 5 of these fans between 2 of the houses i have lived in. They are a simple, good looking fan, that puts out an impressive amount of air for a bedroom. Installed them in bedrooms that are about 150sq ft, and they make awesome amount of air. Also very easy to install, and doesnt shake at all even on high on a 24" downrod.

This is the third ceiling fan I replaced in the past month, and first one from Hunter. I selected this one because of the three lights that can put out more light than an enclosed dome one and for the brushed stainless steel finish. This fan was the easiest to install, is extremely quiet, and looks great. My only criticisms are 1. the lack of blade color options to match other wood in a room to include being able to buy replacement blades in a specific color, and 2. the snap on feature for the blades. The are held by a rubber grommet only, unlike all others that are held by small nuts, bolts, and lock washers. Who knows what the life of this attachment system is as there is no way to tighten them unlike others where blades stay for two decades without worry.

The media could not be loaded. Our house came with cheap, remote controlled fans that looked ok but did not function correctly. In order to turn off the fans, the light had to be turned off also. This was super frustrating, especially in the winter when you don't want fans on all day, or first thing in the morning when it's like 35 degrees outside. Nightmare. After weeks of searching for ceiling fans at many different price points, I started looking into Hunter fans because of the reviews. I wanted pull chains, good quality, a slightly more contemporary look, the ability to change actual lightbulbs (rather than having one LED that was pretty dim and you couldn't change it) and something in white instead of stainless steel as the ceilings are not very high and the stainless steel on a low, cream colored ceiling just looked like an eyesore in a tiny bedroom. We have never installed a ceiling fan before, it seemed kind of difficult. We followed the directions exactly, wired it up, and behold! It would not work and our breaker would not turn back on. Panic set in but I was determined to be like our dads, who could do this all alone with no help when we were kids. I had taken a video of how the old fan was wired up, so instead of following the directions, I hooked the wires up like in my video and it worked! It had something to do with the grounding wires not being hooked up right, but we figured it out. Now the fan works perfectly, it is absolutely silent, no clicking or annoying noises, and the high setting is seriously almost TOO HIGH, IT'S LIKE A HURRICANE. The bedroom is bright and cheerful with 3 A19 LED bulbs that you can also switch to smart lights if you want. All in all, this was a great purchase even though it took us 2 days to figure out how to wire it correctly. We still have to wire the second one though.

Admittedly I just got this fan installed yesterday, so I can't speak to how it withstands the test of time just yet, but I already love it! The appearance is nothing fancy, but it's a nice neutral look that goes with just about anything. More importantly, though, the light is super bright and the fan has speeds that go from super fast to a nice subtle breeze while not making much noise on any setting! Just make sure to get dimmable LED bulbs so that you can adjust the brightness of the lights--the bulbs that come with the fan aren't dimmable, and unless you like things extra bright all the time, you'll definitely want to be able to dim the lights.

I can’t stand noisy or rattling fans, and this one started off great. Installation was pretty much standard, although the fan blades didn’t have to be screwed into the rotating housing. They required pressuring onto the integral housing arms - but have rubber bushings on both sides so that should help.Cost a little more that the cheaper ones, but I think that reflects a higher quality (and quieter) motor. I’d buy one of these again in a heartbeat
