The product came in ripped Amazon bag - the driver cleverly leant the package against the front door so that the ripping was not visible until picked upThe produce looks like it has been worn before the think packing paper was crumpled upThe product itself was very think and lightweight - I was after a polar product - this will not keep my wife warm in summer left alone winter !!!! Please send a replacement.Very disappointing as this was supposed to be a Christmas present
