Great product with an easy to use App
I bought the blood pressure monitor and the scale and couldn't be more pleased. I have integrated them both with the easy to use iPhone app and can now track my biometric outcomes over time.

No software support
We bought the scale and wrist blood pressure monitor. They worked fine and synced with our iPhones enabling us to provide digital histories to our doctors. Vitasigns has not updated their software since Apple's most recent iOS update. Disappointed that Vitasigns does not provide software support. We will not buy their products, again.

Does the scale work? Sure. But you're buying this to monitor via your phone. The iPhone is a CRAP. It does not work. The company is doing NOTHING about it. So if you're looking for a scale to with Bluetooth connectivity that is useful, THIS IS NOT IT!!! Buy something else

Product works great for me
I bought this Bluetooth scale and Bluetooth travel blood pressure monitor, the app was easy to install and set-up.On the app in my iPhone 5S at first I was having a few issues with the app and the readings.After a call to Vitagoods Rudy walked me thru the procedure to get the correct settings and readings.I like the idea of all the numbers being stored on my iPhone, this is much better than having to always write everything down.I can even email the results to my Dr.

So easy
Product was easy to link up with the app. Pretty cool tool for tracking overtime and you can start to see progress and what works and what isn't working. Real simple process and highly recomended

Unfortunately Vitasigns no longer supports its app, so the functionality for which I purchased this scale does not exist. So many regrets. - among them, my regrets about not reading/trusting prior reviewers; and regrets about spending $62 for a scale that does not do what I expected. Shame on you, Vitasigns. A responsible vendor would have updated its Amazon description.

I repeat: !!! DO NOT BUY THIS SCALE!!! The (crappy) app to go with this scale is not compatible with with iOS9. Despite a multitude of users complaining in the App Store, this company hasn't made one peep. The scale is pretty, yes, but think of it as a hot girl/guy with herpes.
