The Pocket Guide to Mischief

This was one of those books I found at random while bored and looking for something to read. I snatched it up and began to read.It is a book that should be passed by for those without a sense of humor. It should be passed up by those who have a sense of humor, but not a dark sense of humor. This requires a dark sense of humor.The title is wrong, it is not mischief. It is full of dastardly acts that aren't illegal but some of them are rather mean. This is not of the practical joke variety. This is more of the coat the toilet with petroleum jelly, or fill the sugar bowl with salt type of mischief.The changing from bold to regular so often made the formatting a bit hard on the eyes when read by myself on a Kindle. It might not bother anyone else, but it annoyed me a bit.

Can’t make up my mind on how to really put this to use, but the title makes it worth keeping handy if only for those who keep suggesting I grow up!

I got this for my 12 year old son as he wanted a prank book. The pranks aren't really realistic or the ones that are are just really old school lame. Book has some humor to it. I can't see my son doing any of the things it suggests. It's more of a funny read than an actual"how to" type book. Not bad but if I had the choice I wouldn't buy it again.

Ten-year-old daughter loves it. She is learning how to be a summer kid without a ton of structure, and she's enjoying silly books like this.

This was a stocking stuffer for my teenage son - I think he really enjoyed it. The shipping was incredibly fast considering I purchased it over the holidays.

Amazingly hilarious, I really liked the footnotes, The pranks were amazing and I am waiting to try them on my sister!

If u like to laugh, u will love this book.

not bad material but other books have a much greater range. I got thru it in less than an hour

My 10 year old loves it. Even after having it for a year, he still reads it and laughs :)
