I have arthritis in my shoulder . I rubbed a few drops into my shoulder before bed . The following morning the pain had gone .

Good smell of ginger. I used it to apply on my arms, elbows, legs and feet, with gentle massage. It’s very easy to absorb by skin and smells good and my skin feels moistured. Good value product.
