Definitely helps with inflammation but can’t really say how much. All I know is I don’t take steroids anymore just ibuprofen and these to manage the pain

I had my reservations about buying these capsules as I only wanted them as a supplement and not for pain relief. I have noticed that my mood, sleeping habits and general health has improved whilst taking them. I have no medical evidence to prove this other than I feel everything is in synch. Will I buy more? Yes I will and in my opinion I think they are great. I have not used any pain killers since taking them, so does that mean I am not in any pain due to the supplements? I can't say for sure but I was reliant on the occasional pain killer for a back and knee problem (not prescription pain killers). I am not a fan of the taste but I have learnt to take as quickly as possible. Are they value for money? I think they are. I haven't rated these supplements for pain relief as I do not want to mislead anyone as pain tolerance is subjective and individual. I think they are top notch and a great buy but again that is subjective.

I shake turmeric powder on my salad each day, and my arthritis has gone, by bones dont ache and I feel much improved, when I travel I take the capsules, very happy with the item, wish more people would listen to me regards the benefits

Ive had bad pain in all my joints and the turmeric gave me a lot of pain relief.

I find these too big to swallow so I open and put the powder in water and drink it and that is fine, seems to be working if I take every day and flavour is good. Happy to stick to this product so reorder regularly

I didn’t dislike anything about it, capsule wasn’t easy to swallow, it’s also value for money

Better than most I have tried, good dose and great price.
