I bought this to stimulate and lose my belly fat. Making muscles is the next thing to look forward to. When I first turn on it, I was confident that the expectation would be met. It stimulated my stomach rhythmically (strong, pause then soft). Only 10 minutes of operation, it activated the work of my intestines. It is a great product with competitive price. I would recommend this to my friends who are overweight because of the fat belly like me.

Firstly, I was surprised how this thin, small and lightweight product has powerful energy. Looks like just thin pad but, this thing is strong and fully effective for muscles. I could feel that my muscles are stimulated and perfectly burning.And my wife also use it for her back pain and she said it helps a lot.Would recommend this thing and definitely worth it to buy it!

Pros:- provides a good basic ab workout- eases muscle pains- Turns Off Automatically after 20 minutes sessionCons:- Does Not Have a Remote needed to contorl intensity and workout settings.. without having to adjust by hand- gel pads wear out quickly in less than 2 weeks when used regularly.. as suggested in manual.. 20 minutes per session 2 times a day.- front pads have to be rotated 180 degrees, In order for both sides of the front abdominal area to be worked out completely... Not mentioned in manual

I have only been using it for 5 days now. With the pandemic I have not been able to go to the gym. Kind lazy doing excise at home. So it is a workout at home thing. Just put it on and you will feel the pin! I love this unit, only after two days I feel like I've work my belly fat all week!

I bought this to use while I'm working out at the gym and it really gives me the edge I was looking for. To be more precise, I'm amazed how much I genuinely enjoy feeling my stomach muscles contract and relax. You can feel the machine working both sides of the stomach muscles as well as individual muscles. 100% love this!

This product stimulate your muscle to work out and create tension,but you are also breaking down and tearing micro muscle cells.And once the products has done it job you will sore but keep repeating it you're muscle will grow and get bigger and stronger.

Came scratched and does not work. I have been charging it and still nothing. I am so disappointed in this product.

The product was working fine until following directions to remove controllers from pads after each use. The large pad stopped working after removing the controller.Their customer service is outstanding!five stars
