it works!
I have bought many vitamins and supplements over the years, many disappointed with not getting improvement I expected. But this stuff is amazing and definitely helps settle our your gut. Painful gas!
This product was suggested to me to go along with vitacell, a product for inflammation. I decided to get both since I wasn't currently taking a probiotic. This supplement caused severe bloating, lower abdominal pain, and extreme bouts of gas which was very painful. I had to stop taking it. I don't recommend.

Good as probiotic
This is good as a probiotic but its value as a deliverer of non histamine producing bacteria is harder to evaluate. After about three weeks of use I can say for sure that it does not make things worse. However, I am battling the symptoms of histamine sensitivity on so many fronts that I am having a hard time deciding that the small improvements are due to this supplement.
