I have bought a few resistance bands and after seeing erim kaur using this one decided to buy it as well and I’m so glad I have found this I won’t need to look for the perfect one anymore I have it! So glad I purchased this! It’s made of strong good material and you will see good results using this!

Comes up small
I wasn't overly impressed with this item. I did buy it a while a go so they may have rectified the issue. It came up super small.

Perfect level of resistance for me. It works great on it's own for at home workouts and adds extra resistance when used at the gym. I would recommend.
