Sapphire Anatomical Insoles Size 45

Quality is good. Insoles are comfortable. I would recommend it.Just order one or two sizes up (if your EU size is 42 you might want to order 43 or even 44). I ordered 43 and it was just what I need. But because the cup of my shoes bit longer than my toes line I would order size 44 next time and just cut the top of the insole so it will fit to internal space of the shoes.Be aware that that insoles will reduce the actual size of your shoes. To use them you need to have new shoes 1/2 of a size bigger. Or have wider shoes.

I love the Allen Edmonds' 65 lasted shoes. However they are really narrow, so I have to get the 3e to fit me or a 1/2 size up in a D...when I augment the sizes, these come in really handy.

Replaced the insoles in my Thursday loafers with these to eat some up extra room. They’re actually very comfortable and the support is good. Anything from Saphir is top shelf. I’d buy again.

Great feel inside the shoe, beware height clearance though as you might need to remove pre-installed soles to get the same feel as before. Quality of leather and comfort are simply unmatched.

Bought this for my another half, he is happy, no complaint at all.His report so far; no sweating, good quality, very comfortable.

サイズは、日本サイズ（cm）としては大きめ、EUサイズ表記で見るとちょうど良かったです。靴の長さ調整には向かないと思いますが、幅（足回り）の調整には良いと思います。踏まずの位置も合っていました。ねっのブログ記事でも、この製品が合っているという人がいたので、もしかすると日本人に合っているのかも？踵の高さが上がりすぎる場合には、元々貼ってある純正の皮を剥がすと良いかもしれません。

横幅の大きな靴向け。ビットローファーや革登山靴、デッキシューズ、どれも使い物にならずこのままではゴミ箱行き。靴に合わない為に合わせようとカットしてしまったが、返品出来るか試してみようと思う、、、使用感は小さなアーチが左に寄っており土踏まず本来のクッション性を損ねている。カカトはクッションのせいで浮いてしまい非常に使い辛い。裏面はプラスティックパーツが大半を占めており厚いだけの粗悪品。シープスキンの質感は柔らかく滑らかで気に入ったので、薄手の物を再購入した。

サイズ感は0.5cm小さいイメージです。ジャストサイズで入れないと埃が溜まったり指の位置や踵の位置が決まらずとなります。26cmに入れるならEU43や27cmくらいで大きい場合は少しカットするくらいにした方が良いです。土踏まずのアーチがもう少しあるかと思いましたがそうでもなかったです。物凄く平らでアーチ形状がない革靴には良いですが、ある程度アーチのある靴に入れてもあまり意味がないです。サイズ調整で入れようと思う方は0.25cm程度しか調整できないと思ってください。甲の高さ分しか調整はできません。
