The product is sized well according to the chart but could be a problem for people who have more ample lower proportions or are taller than 5' 5. It is structured to support without being too stiff and cradles the body whether sitting back or leaning forward.

Definitely helps with posture and my back hurts less at the end of the day. I purchased it to make my broken office chair more bearable- which it has done. I'm 5'10'' for reference. It stays on the chair well. My only issue is that the bottom of the seat is fairly hard, making it feel like I'm sitting on the floor. But overall I'm very happy with the purchase and hope it will prevent me from developing a hump.

It really does help support my back and keep my back straight while working. I no longer have neck or back pains. The only thing is that I wish this product had like a strap or something to keep it from moving around so much.
