I don't have a problem with it now it does have sticks so you may want to pour some out and pick out the sticks. Unless you have a way to grind the sticks up maybe a herb grinder. I don't have one so I'll be picking the sticks out.Bag was bigger then I expected it was just as big as the cover of my 15inch mac book pro.The taste is good taste very herbal or earthy.Of course I did mix it with other herbs like burdock root, hawthorne root. To make my own custom tea and I love it.

It looks like a cotton ball inside the tea bag. I just received it today and I didn’t even open it yet. But I can see something is inside, I’m not sure what it is, but I’ll definitely will never buy from this company again.

I thought the Moringa was good, but it comes with alot of stems. If you use the stems its a good deal, but I dont use them.
