Headphones were exchanged for a 2nd pair. Same issue. I have them connected to my computer for live radio and the sound cuts in and out for a few seconds often and I miss part of the conversation. The futher away you get from the bluetooth source (computer in my case), the worse it gets. The range of the wireless capability is only about 10 ft before it loses signal completley Not sure how they would be connected outside to a device but inside my office building, they are terrible Battery does hold up well but I would not recommend these with the signal cutting in and out often. Also, the instructions said there should have been a cloth carrying case enclosed but there was not one.

This is the criteria I base my rating on.Sound quality five stars: Sounds great. Full range of audio. Max volume is louder than I can handle.Comfort five stars: feels great. stays onConnectivity: 4 stars get about 15 - 20 feet. easy to pair.Voice calls: 3 stars. Sounds like I am on a speakerphone. Not what I bought them for, but wanted the option.Overall, I am very satisfied with these headphones. Support send me another pair when I asked about the voice call issue. The second pair was better, but still not as clear as I need for meetings. The responded promptly, and tried to solve the issue. I have two now for music. I wish I could give them five stars.

There are a lot of features that just make these annoying. I also got these for $10 so I didn't expect anything amazing. If I had spent $30 on them then they'd be getting 2 stars at best.Main cons are the following:-Ear hook is too bulky that it doesn't easily go on your ear.-There are just too many buttons on the headphones. Would have been smart to have volume only be on the right headphone. The Power off button is just "press it" & it powers off. It isn't like "hold for 3 seconds" so way too easy to turn off your headphones when you don't want to. I honestly think they thought this was an added benefit since so many other companies have just one button that you can press three different ways to do something different. However, if I have to wear these things for weeks straight just to get the hang of it then they don't understand the market for Bluetooth headphones are people who have a half dozen different headphones that they have in different places for just easy picking & running up. They should all have similar features. Since this one is so different than my other Bluetooth headphones, these will be the ones that are in my "Use at last cause" bin.-The rubber clip that comes with it doesn't work for the cord because the cord is way too thick. Seems like they bought a generic one but didn't account for the size difference of their cord. It is useless & ineffective b/c one con is....-The cord is probably about 3-4" longer than most Bluetooth headphones so moves too much when going out for a run.If you can get them for $10 & you're so stripped on cash then why not buy them, but no need to save $5 on something that will annoy you more than anything.

I have had these for about week and here are my observations. I recommend these as the sound quality is really great and once you figure some things out are totally worth it.First - don't toss the instructions before you actually use them. I think you activate them by pressing both volume buttons at the same time. Seems to work for me.Second - don't use a microwave while listening with them. Nothing bad happens except the sound breaks up and is hard to hear. Go figure.Third - the are a little bulking looking but that does help people realize why you are not responding to them, if they bother to look at you while they are yammering on.Fourth - one size fits most is probably true here. I can usually get them comfortable enough that they don't bother me at all, but I have to get them just right .Fifth - don't expect to be able to wear just one side. With traditional wired earbuds I often only listened with one side in so I could at least pretend to pay attention to those around me. Not with these. This side and the cord that attaches the sides together make that an uncomfortable prospect. The weight pulls the side not in your ear down and makes the other one very uncomfortable in your ear.

First, the good points: very good sound quality, and exceptionally easy to connect to my devices.However, the huge issue with these earphones is in terms of their fit / comfort - the extremely rigid ear hook means that unless your ear is exactly the right shape, these earphones will not be secure when exercise. Moreover, if you wear glasses (as I do) then things are even worse as the rigidity of the ear hook means there is no way to have both glasses and earphones fit comfortably and securely.Hence, I'm afraid that I cannot recommend this product to anyone except a very small subset of the population.

I would return it if I had thrown the original package away. It does not work for me. It only work if I am very close to the device where the sound originates from. Also the behind the ear part is very hard. I have to squeeze my ear through it and it clips my ear so hard it leaves a, painful, mark. I can not speak about batery life as I have not been able to keep it on me long enough to run out of battery. I do not recommend.

I don’t use these for music/exercise, but for smartphone headset and making calls all day they are a great tool for work with my Galaxy S8. Links quickly to Bluetooth and has good range and an excellent microphone — by far the best I’ve had yet vs. three previous economically priced wireless headphones. Wraps around ears nicely.

Did not work. Would not charge. Would not pair.I have several different parts of bluetooth headphones and use them very frequently.Separate issue of concern for Amazon, look at the photos in the reviews. There are obviously several different products being represented as the same model for reviews.When reviews lose credibility it will be an issue.

Muy buenos audífonos, sinceramente no sé la diferencia entre unos audífonos "de calidad" a unos normales, ya que nunca he usado uno de tal calidad, pero si lo que quieres es subirle el volumen al máximo y perderte en la música, con éstos audífonos podrás hacerlo, suenan bastante bien.Cosas positivas:- Buena durabilidad de batería (lo más que me a durado han sido entre 6-7 horas).- Buen sonido.- Cargan rápido (1 hora y media aprox.)- Fácil de usar.- Diseño bonito y sencillo.Cosas negativas:-Se descargan cierto nivel cuando los apagas (Ej. tienes 60% cuando los apagas y cuando los vuelves a prender después de un largo rato PUEDEN llegar a tener como 40%) personalmente no me afecta mucho, ya que siempre suelo tenerlos con buena batería.-Son medio incómodos al inicio, aunque tal vez sea más problema mío.En resumen esa es mi opinión con los auriculares, llevo 2 meses con ellos y me han servido de maravilla, los recomiendo totalmente. No sé su sean resistentes bajo al agua ya que no lo he probado.Algo destacable y que se agradece es que me llegaron súper rápido (2 días) cuando se supondrá que los tendría en 1 semana, se agradece.

Los audifonos me gustaron mucho, el diseño, el material se sentia muy bien, el sonido nitido, buena potencia, los sonidos bajos muy marcados, cambie las gomitas por otras de otros audifonos que tenia y el sonido se incremento muchisimo, me encanto, ya que las gomitas originales eran muy abiertas y no hacian tanta resonancia. todo era perfecto. Hasta que me percate que el boton de subir volumen no funcionaba, al grado que los audifonos quedaron con un volumen superbajo y ya no se volvieron a escuchar por no poder subir el volumen nuevamente y tuve que regresarlos. Pero el poco rato que los tuve me encantaron. Si senti que eran pesados, un poco incomodos para ponertelos, pero ya que te los acomodas todo muy bien. Ya cuando este en orden la devolucion vere si los adquiero nuevamente, ya que si me encantaria tenerlos.

En general un buen producto, se conectaron de manera fácil y sencilla a mi teléfono y a la laptop. Se ajustan fácilmente a las orejas, sin embargo el cable que los une hay que estarlo acomodando para sentir que esté en su lugar. La batería les dura más de 5-6 horas, depende del uso. La calidad del audio apropiada para el precio del producto. Los botones de funciones ofrecen muchos servicios sin tener que cambiar canción o pausar desde el celular.

These did exactly what I wanted them to do. I’m not very picky with sound quality; I truly just want to hear my music clearly. I don’t honestly know what would be considered great sound quality or not.One thing that does happen, a lot, with these headphones, is that it disconnects and reconnects to Bluetooth while I’m using them. The audio voice comes on and says ‘disconnected’ or ‘connected’ repeatedly while I am trying to listen to music. This has been quite frustrating. I have tried many different avenues to solve this problem (charging the device, disconnecting and reconnecting to blue tooth, etc) but nothing seems to remedy that issue. Other than that these do seem to be an ok purchase.This is a quite a few months later and I have thrown these headphones out. The frustration of it disconnecting and reconnecting made listening to music or podcast very unenjoyable. I would NOT recommend this product.

muy buen producto por el precio pagado, tienen excelente sonido, no es necesario subirle todo el volumen, buenos bajeos y recien los saque de la caja hoy 15 de junio y tienen 80% de bateria, se emparejaron a la primera, el material tipo hule rugoso los hace comodos para ejercicio, tal vez para oidos pequeños sea algo incomodos, pero eso ya es cuestion de ergonomia, hasta ahora todo bien veremos duracion de bateria con la carga de fabrica, todo llego en tiempo y forma por parte de Amazon, buena compra!
