White[300 Counts 12OZ] Disposable Premium Paper Hot Coffee Paper Cups (Only Cups) 12OZ 300CT

I have been using these for over a year. The attractive cups are wonderfully sturdy, nicely packaged, and they arrived quickly. It's important that they are made of bamboo and not wood-pulp paper. They are about 16 cents each, way cheaper than the competitor which is 28 cents each, with free shipping and returns... which is all wonderful.I hate to rag on this company JoyCode, because the product is so great.However... ordering them makes me pull out my hair every time. Apparently SOME browsers always display an easy way to choose between 12 and 16 ounces, and between lids or no lids. BUT my browser does not!This gets even more complicated because they are often sold-out of one or more of these choices. Instead of simply listing each choice separately, and then displaying "Sold out... will be back in stock on x date" if that is the case, that choice just DISAPPEARS from Amazon. So I don't know whether the problem is with my browser or JoyCode, and whether I should wait for who-knows-how-long, or go ahead and order from a competitor.(A related problem is that these cups are described as "paper" in some places and "bamboo" in other places, which makes it hard to find the listing.)I have written to JoyCode, but they always ignore what I say about how difficult this all is, and just insist that their strange ordering system always works fine. It doesn't.

I wanted something more environmentally friendly and better for our forests. These definitely fit the need. While just like all disposable cups they get hot to the touch so I occasionally I need two. They don't have the leak through problem other disposable cups have, if they sit for a while with liquid in them. They seem sturdier than other disposables although they are just as light weight. I like the fact that the forest isn't depleted for my convenience and I don't feel guilty using disposables with these. I will be buying them again.

Previously I submitted a 1 rating because after several weeks I did not receive the cups. Since then I was contacted by Fed Ex and the seller explaining that Fed Ex label mislabeling caused the delivery problem. The seller, Joycode, is making this right for me. I'm grateful for this extraordinary customer service because I really love these cups that I use every day. They are great for coffee, cold drinks etc. These bamboo fiber cups are chemical free, which is very important, and they maintain their strength and hold up very well even with very hot coffee. I recommend these cups enthusiastically. I tried other with disappointment, but again, very happy with this product.

These really needed a sleeve to protect your hand. They tended to bend inward when filled with hot coffee. Doubled up they were better, but that was a waste. I also missed the info that lids pictured with the cups are not included. Bamboo was a good idea, poorly designed.

Size and easy to hold (we already had plenty of lids; we typically use with a lid)

These cups are not bleached white. They are made from bamboo paper but are sturdy, strong, and healthier. No chemical odors. I recommend these, and will reorder when gone.

I love, love , this cups. I reuse, the same cup 2-3 days if I drink only water out of them. Takes ice and hot well. If you are into recycling and renewable resources this is one way to go.
