Sunbrella Cast 40434-0000 Slate, Fabric by the Yard

Lovely color, water repellent, easy to sew. Not too thick, not too thin. Smooth to the touch and seems durable. Very impressed with how my high back chair cushions turned out.

Excellent fabric says the color is ash, to me ash is grayish but the material color is actually beigeish gray

This Sunbrella fabric is not only reasonably priced, but the color is beautiful and it durable, water resistant and fade resistant! It's slightly lighter in color than it appears in the Amazon pics, but it's so beautiful in person.My very talented boyfriend replaced my tired old beige cushion cover with this using the old one as a template/pattern to make this new one. It's perfect! A man that can sew? What??? His cooking sucks, though.

Fabric is good just wrong color! Second time in a row they sent the same material (light Gray) which isn't even close to Dark Slate. I even sent a sample last time to match it up!

Purchased to re-upholster old dining room chairs. Love it. It was very easy to cut and staple. And we did the stain test with a piece of material and it worked wonderfully.

Fabric appears to be nice material. That got it the star. But: We ordered 10 yards, brought it immediately to our upholsterer who measured it and found that it was only 9 yards. He checked it twice! Now, instead of having enough so he can do our job (reupholstering couch cushions) we have to order 2 more yards! (Though we only needed 10, he’s instructed us to get 2 more based on how the cutting will be done.) Obviously this is costing us much more than it should, it is a big inconvenience and it delays the job.
