Good product. After I received it I went on you tube to see how to replace it. A little difficult but better than buying all new machine.

The original gear broke - it literally fell apart in several pieces. I was crushed and didn't want to buy a new NutriBullet. Fortunately I found this article. I ordered it and got it a few days later in the mail. The video helped me to install it. I'm super happy and can recommend this article to anybody who doesn't want to buy another NutriBullet because of a broken gear.

These fit perfectly and instead of spending another $100 for a new Nutribullet, I got these and it works perfect, even quieter than before, so i wonder how long my old gear was failing before shattering to a hundred pieces on my counter top.
