Authentic African Cuisine from Ghana

There are very few references on Ghanaian or west African food, so is a very good introduction to there food.

I have already "worn out" my copy of this cookbook by using it so often. The recipes are simple; easy to follow; and, delicious to make. I have friends from Ghana and I would say that everything I make using this book tastes exactly like what I remember from their cuisine.
