This line of spices are favorites. Haven't tried any I didn't like. This is a nice spicy Cajun blend. Great for soups, gumbo, shrimp boil, and jambalaya.

This is just the best seasoning you can buy. MUCH better than the brands carried in grocery stores that are loaded up with sodium. It is flavorful and a great value for your money. It is excellent for blackened fish. I use it for either redfish or snapper filets. And seared Ahi. You can easily get the gourmet flavor at home with Victoria's. I don't know that I'd use it for gumbo. I like both my gumbo and jambalaya from scratch.

This seasoning is SO versatile! I've used it in bar-b-que, Cajun dishes, and even Italian lasagna. Robust flavor, wonderful aroma!

I was given one as a gift and liked it so much that I purchased these when I ran out. I normally assemble my own rubs and spice mixtures but found this, both alone and added to my standard mix, was a nice improvement. Good on fish, too.
