This package had a lot of promise, offering a good price with SD card included. However, it's going back following a host of problems and non-existent 'customer support'. For example, the 'on/off' switch didn't work - it had to be set to the 'off' position to power on . Tried the 'customer support' number several times - no answer, ever. The instructions were spartan and inaccurate (the Android app it specified would not connect to the camera, but through trial and error I found an app that would recognize the camera.) Also the clock's display time would not sync with the advanced settings and time stamps on the recorded image. The last straw was the device would suddenly go 'off line' - not exactly a 'feature' you want in a security camera. Perhaps I just got the lemon of all lemons.

I bought this clock to use to look in on my baby and his grandma while im at work. The clock I bought worked for about 2hrs then shut off and would not come back on. The company reached out for a review and after I told them what was going on they sent me another clock free of charge. I love being able to see what's going on while I'm working anytime I click the app. The picture quality is good and the sound is clear.

By the time i set it up it will not recognize my wifi nor the camera id. The switch button was very inside hard to reach and it broke right after the 2nd time i touched it. The usb charger was vefy loose and was having difficulties charging. Total waste of item and money.

While charging the wall plugin and the battery got very hot.The camera only worked with the on/off switch in the off position (plugged in or battery).

Cheap product. Worked well for a couple months, now it does not stay connected. Time is always wrong. Customer service has been vey nice, but constant problems with this product.

The camera is not noticeable. Night vision is a little distorted in total darkness with no additional light source support, but otherwise gets the job done. The normal picture quality is good in 1080p. It was awesome that I didn’t have to purchase a memory card, as everything I needed was all included in the package.

Was trying to use this for my mother. It didn’t work

I am going to return the camera. I've spent countless hours trying to get this thing to work. My friend is a computer geek and can't get it to work either.
