Here is the problem I had. Metric vs American. I made several trips to the hardware store for parts. And once I figured out how to put them up on the wall and put a chord on them. Because I did not have a electrical in that area. Once I got them up. They did not look right. They hung down. I had to remove them. I would not recommend any one to buy them they are not made in United States and it will be hard to match up with American measurements

If you are thinking about buying this light think about what I'm telling you the cup that mounts to the wall and that supports the whole light fixture is complete trash and as ladywithdogs say then you pull to lengthen the light the cup bends I can envision the whole sing pulling free from the cup and shorting out causing a fire and someone's house so unless you are mechanically inclined as I am or I can come up with a suitable permanent fix for this problem I recommend avoiding this particular light

It looks nice. I haven't been able to hang it yet as I thought I bought a plug -in. However I'm lucky my husband is a contractor and is going to convert the light to a wall plug -in for me. It's nice and heavy, the look is timeless and it seems to be exactly like the picture. It arrived really fast and I am excited to hang it over my son's bed for reading. However the cord is a bit bulky and will probably need time after hanging to not be kinked and stiff. Overall I'm happy with it and will apply pictures and re-evaluate after its actually hanging.

The light is really nice quality and comes with several mounting options. The only issue is that the weight was in the wrong spot and I will have to take one of the wheels to move it. I'm not sure yet if the wheels can be removed.

Love the look, it was smaller than I had hoped for the space. We mounted to one side of a 5 foot entry table Only downfall is the arm needs to be stronger as it will sag

You will have to wire to the wall it yourself. Other than that, it’s a great purchase. I added a long wire and plug to use between a chair and sofa so it would benefit two users.

Poorly made with lightweight metal that bends when you try and use the pull cord. Wouldn’t suggest this item!

I had seen this style light and knew it would be right for my project. It installed easily and the cost was low. The light is not obtrusive it was just enough for our bedroom. We have two that flank our bed.
