I was a little nervous about buying a used bok that i could not see or touch, but It was exactly like it was described and it arrived in time before my class started.

This was an assigned textbook to my Masters in Health Administration class as an introduction to health care systems. I felt that this book was very logical and had a "story-telling" nature in the delivery of information. This is a great overall view to health care, as well as provides great introductions to many aspects of health care. As others have mentioned, it has a slightly pessimistic outlook to the health care "system" in that the book does not hesitate to point out the lack of a true system.Overall, for the vastness of introductory information covered, this book does the job,

I didnt want to return this book it was so good. Tells you about all the interesting stuff in healthcare that you don't know about.

Did not expect a brand new book when I was ordering a rental one. The book and the delivery were excellent in quality. Couldn't be better.

The CD that comes with the book was not updated to work along side the chapters. I'm still waiting for the email to tell me it is finish. No good for me now that my class is over.
