Great looker but thin metalwork
Nice design and detail. Blade a little flimsy. Could be twice as thick.

Very unfortunate
Although this is a beautifully crafted axe, it is not very functional. When delivered most of the rivets were not hammered flush on the handle. One swing of the axe on a 1/4 inch thick piece of plywood creating 2 rolls on the blade. I do not believe they got the heat treat properly set even though they claimed it was lab tested. Very unfortunate.

Beautiful craftsmanship
Good Damascus patterning and despite other reviews the blade held up as one would expect it too against plywood, OSB, and 2x4’s.
