Got this for my 5 year old grandson to keep him busy, he really enjoys it a lot. Easy to use and there is nothing to know about flying a drone, just toss it and watch it fly. He directed it with his hands and body which he quickly figured out how to get it to chase the dog and cat and of courses I put a stop to that, but he was having fun. I was very impressed with the accuracy of the sensors and how quickly they detect objects, very responsive and smooth correction agility. Looks well built and should last a long time. I only gave 4 stars for durability and battery life because there is always room for improvement. As for the remote, it worked well when pressed landing the drone safely. I would recommend this drone, we are happy with it.

I think it’ll be great for her compared to one with a controller because of her being so young AND the fact that it avoids things making it less likely to break or break stuff. I like that it is USB charged unlike our full sized drones. In this day and age there should be no reason to buy disposable batteries. I’m sure she is really going to enjoy this. Good for all ages.

We’ve only had ours two weeks. It got stuck in my daughters hair which was awful.Today We took it outside and it flew away from all of us. Even if I went around it to try to make it go towards the kids with my hands it would repeatedly run into my hands and keep going where we didn’t want it to go-flying into our neighbors yard and hitting my neighbors window. It crossed half an acre that fast! I retrieved it and set it up again by the front of our yard in the street. It flew up over 20 feet high and soared away, with me running and chasing it and then it went over an acre over our fence and pat through trees into the field of another property. I drove there and asked to look for it and can’t find it anywhere. I searched several acres of flat short grass land and have no clue where our red drone with lights went?I thought this was a kids toy with limited flying functions.

This little drone is durable and fun to play with. My kids, 3 and 1 year old, are able to play with this toy all day and when its time to recharge it only takes a short time till its back up and running. (Disclaimer: as with all things, please supervise yoru kids with this. Especially if they have long hair. Even though its safe, their hair can still get caught in the blades)When most drones cost a pretty penny to buy, this small sensory drone allows you to have fun while going hands free. It senses its surroundings well and avoids obstacles with decent precision. Has a fast acceleration during take off which is one of its downsides because when flying inside, hits the ceiling faster than the sensor can react.All in all this toy is worth every penny spent and is a fantastic gift to give to kids especially since it will fly away if they try and grab it.

This was smaller than I thought and seemed a bit lightweight, but THEY ARE SO MUCH FUN! Well packaged when shipped.My kids and I have been playing with it since we opened it. Wanted to test out before getting one as a gift for a friend.The frame is light, but flexible. This protects the mini ufo while it flies and may suddenly drop to the ground. Easy to charge. Lasts for some durable play. The sound is a little high pitch, but typical drone sound. And steady. There is small yellow clicker in box to help draw ufo down towards person if it goes too high.Would make great stocking stuffer or small gift for the holidays.

Honestly kind of shocked from my experience, especially after watching the promo vid. After we unboxed and charged our drone, we tested it inside to see how it worked, before gifting it. Once we turned it on it would fly straight to the ceiling, hit it, then fall immediately. Then we decided to try and fly it outside, and to our surprise when we turned it on, it just took off, never descending. All we could do is watch it fly off into the distance, never to be seen again. Very disappointed, the drone is nothing how the promo vid portrayed it.

So I ordered for my grandkids being hunkered down due to Covid. First flight my 4 year old granddaughters hair got sucked up into the blades all the way to the scalp and had to be cut out! Hope you can imagine it was a pretty alarming situation for her and her parents.
