I bought this accessory for my iphone X for the sole ability to charge and listen to music simultaneously. Unfortunately this accessory does not work like that! You can either charge your phone or listen to music. There is no winning here I guess. This product did not satisfy my needs, and I wish that I would have known this about the product before purchasing.

Works great for headphone and charging use. It WILL NOT allow the microphone to work, so you can’t use headphones containing a microphone for calls or FaceTime! I’ll be ordering a different adapter, and this one will be relegated to a backup.

Don't waste your time or money. The aux side makes a loud buzzing noise so unbearable the second you plug it in or try to play music and the charger side does not even work. Just awful.

The charger does not charge iphone7. I’ve tried two of these thinking the first one was defective but the replacement had same issue. The charging icon shows up when you plug it in but the battery would not recharge. I tried using various AC/USB plugs including Apple but nothing worked. Headphones work just not charger.

I dont know about its quality, so this isnt a review for that aspect. It just did not work w/my phone. I immediately had an alert pop up onscreen saying “This accessory may not be supported by blah blah blah”. I have a new iPhone 8, as of 2-7-2019, & it was not compatible w/it. Bummers. Returning for a refund.

This didn’t work. The music sounded really quiet and distant no matter what I did. It was terrible sound quality and I could barely hear it. It did not sounds like it does out of a regular aux cord. I returned It and received my refund as soon as the label was scanned at UPS. The charging appeared to work but I didn’t charge it very long to see if it worked quickly or not.
