It needs better glue for the mirror.
We removed the carefully wrapped center of the sunburst, where the mirror should have been, only to find glue marks on an empty metal circle. To our surprise, the mirror was loose inside the rest of the packaging. The glue marks match up to the center (so, it was glued on at one point), but there is no way that it could have come apart during transit, due to the fact that zip ties where holding cardboard and foam in all four corners around the place where the mirror should have been. Now, we'll have to purchase (so, pay even more...) glue to put the mirror back in place, in order to make the sunburst usable.I'm just glad that it fell off before we got it on the wall and could have broken, since it will go above our bed.Overall, it's a nice size to fill space above a queen sized bed. I'm disappointed in the quality of the mirror, since the price was considerably higher than some comparable mirrors, but so far the rest of the mirror seems to be holding up.

Do not recommend
Disappointing. The mirror had come off of the base during shipping. Not terrible, easy to glue it back on. However, the bigger issue is that there was some kind of dark... substance... on most of the “rays” or spokes. This doesn’t speak well to quality control. So, not only did I have to glue my brand new piece back together, but I also had to paint it! I’m still giving 2 stars because after the repairs, it’s a beautiful piece.

Arrived damaged in that 5-6 of the larger spokes were bent. I tried my best to carefully re-bend them into a straighter position hoping they would not break! I was able to do so, although they are not perfect.

We gave this to our daughter at Xmas and she loves it. We haven't seen it on her wall yet, but hope to visit her in Minnesota soon.

Beautiful. Comes with everything you need to hang it safely and securely -- even on sheetrock walls. Looks great on my wall above a nice, simple console table.
