I've had to go threw so many cooler backpacks over the years ( they would last maybe half a year ) and when I got this a year and a half ago the zipper hasn't broken or snaged and the bottom of the bag hasn't come apart like previous bags have. And keeps things cold all work day with an ice pack

I'm a nurse and I work a lot of doubles. This bag is perfect because there's enough room for all my food and beverages, and I can also fit a large textbook and notebooks. There's also space for small things like pens, highlighters, or hand cream. The straps are really comfortable so my shoulders and back don't start to hurt due to the weight. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase, especially for the price. I wanted the black color but they were sold out so I settled for blue.

During my research, the biggest complaint I've read from the many brands, was that they all leak when filled with ice. However, almost every description from the manufacturers and sellers state that they are not intended to be used with ice, only ice packs. So, unfortunately, many brands are being falsely rated because of user ignorance and misuse..... That being said, on to my review.After looking at several brands of backpack style coolers, I settled on this one. When it arrived, I was happy with the size of it. I use glass containers for my lunches and snacks every day for work. I am able to throw an ice pack in, a large rectangular glass for my meal, a medium sized rectangular one for my breakfast (typically, cut up fruits), and another medium sized container for my afternoon snacks (typically baby carrots). I am also able to throw in a container of hummus (for my carrots), 2 bottles of water, and still have enough room for something else.The front pocket is small, so I use this for several sheets of aluminum foil, folded up. In the event I need to hear up my lunch at work, we have a toaster oven, so ensuring I have foil helps. In the middle pocket, it has alot of room. I keep 2 forks, 2 spoons, and 2 steak knives(I wrap these in paper towels, so they don't accidental tear up the pockets while moving around). I will also keep about 3 paper plates, and several napkins. I could fit a few more of each in the pocket, but I don't feel it's necessary. The side pockets are mesh, and I keep a water flavoring in one, a bottle of dairy relief pills (gotta love lactose intolerance), and an extra phone charger. If the ice pack sits in the bottom for too long (3+ hours), I do notice the bottom of the cooler is slightly damp from condensation. Not a big deal, and I expected this, considering the inside of the bag is not a hard plastic, like an actual cooler. It dries quickly, and the inside can be cleaned with disinfectant wipes, or a damp paper towel. Obviously, as I stated above, so not fill with ice, as these types of coolers are not meant for that. A couple of ice packs is more than sufficient for a day trip.Overall, I would purchase again. It handle my daily routine well, is holding up well, and I have no issues so far. Very good value for the cost.

I use this for picnic lunches and it works perfectly. There is a lot of room and keeps thig cold for a long time.

I use this every day for taking my lunch to work. I use both side pockets for a water bottle and glasses case. I've also used it on weekend excursions filled with food and/or beverages. It keeps things cold all day. I've seen no wear at all after 8 months of everyday use. Highly recommend.

I ordered this for my college kids to carry alcohol to parties when needed. They look inconspicuous and the bottom section looks like it will be fairly leak proof. They should do the job.

Good size bag, kept cool well, the zips do have a slight gap that let's it down slightly. Comfy and strong, happy purchase.

Thrilled to bits with this. Ideal for taking a family picnic with us on days out. Fits drinks, sandwiches and snacks for four of us. Everything’s kept cool by just inserting a couple of thin freezer packs. Very comfortable to wear/carry and great quality.

We bought this for a holiday to Spain where was planning on going to lots of different remote beaches every day, so it was used as a picnic bag. Despite the very hot weather, it was brilliant, kept all our food and drinks cold and was comfortable to wear. We had 2 small bottles of water frozen inside the bag and at the end of each day they was still half frozen, despite the bag being sat in the sun, this might had been partially down to us buying the silver/gray coloured bag which is a bit more reflective of sunlight but eitherway it is a brilliant cooler bag and did exactly what we wanted it to do.

Sturdy, well constructed backpack and very effective as a cool bag. Kept some cans very cold for at least 4 hours, including a warm car journey. With a frozen bottle of water also included the contents remained cold for 12 hours in temperatures above 20⁰C. Also waterproof, looks quite smart and not obviously a cool bag.
