Apparently Raw cider vinegar diluted with water as a drink may lower blood sugar if taken after a meal. I have recently been diagnosed as diabetic, so I will try anything that might help.I really like the flavour of about a tablespoon in quite a large glass of water. It is nice hot or cold. You can add a little honey if you like.

This is the only cedar vinegar I can use as it is suitable for gluten-intolerant people. It tastes nice and works well as a substitute for other kinds of vinegar used in cooking.
