This is definitely the highest quality black garlic supplement I have ever seen or taken. The only thing is, it's very potent, which means it has a very strong smell. As long as you can get past that, I'm sure you'll definitely enjoy the health benefits. I do recommend checking out the company website though because they're a better deal than Amazon if you buy more than one bottle. I highly recommend this product! I have a degree in human nutrition and have been competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting for over 20 years.

Good Black Garlic Supplement
Seems like a good small company producing this garlic supplement and at a fair price. The capsules smell like garlic but no unpleasant burps as it is aged garlic. I can't personally comment on the benefits myself but I was using for immune support.
