Pregnancy safe sleeping pills & they work really well. They don’t make me drowsy enough to not get up to go the bathroom 4 times a night (yay pregnancy) but still let me get great sleep without the baby kicking me awake. Definitely notice when I don’t take it, I end up not being able to get back to sleep once getting up. I wrote this after restocking from the first bottle!

Used for sleeping, take at least 2 hrs. After eating or meds don't take.

Unisom is brand for a sleepin aid. I take a half of a tablet and fall asleep comfortably within an hour. I don't wake up foggy or groggy and it's non addictive. I suffer from post menopausal insomnia and this has helped me so much!

I can't say enough nice things about this product!For the first time...I have finally found something that will actually make me sleepy if I am having an insomniac night!First of all, they are non-habit-forming. that's very important .And wowzer...it knocked me asunder!Love that!I take one (which is all that's recommended to take and no more) about 1-hour before I go to bed. I then sleep like a new born baby.I've used almost a bottle of these over the last few months and so I've given it a good fair try.And I must say...they are really worth it.

I didn't know about this product until my coworker told me about it. It says it's for sleep but she used it for nausea. Weird but it absolutely worked. I took these for my last two pregnancies and it made a world of difference. I can't vouch for the sleep part of it because I was up a lot with heartburn but for nausea it's hands down the best thing for me. I took one every night. And it made my pregnancy so much better and I was really able to enjoy being pregnant.

Def helps you sleep, but like benadryl can be very drying. Leaves me feeling groggy in the am even after a good night of sleep. Tried taking half a tab and woke up in the middle of the night.

Exactly what I ordered this is the only thing that will help me sleep I have ordered these from Amazon for years !! Definitely recommend !!

It actually works. Way better than Benadryl or melatonin. Take a couple and be ready to be out like a rock in a half hour.
