Boys' Tiro 19 Training Pants

The description mentions some sort of "ventilation" system. Be warned - that actually refers to a mesh panel on each side that's not readily visible in the pictures. It's about 1.5 inches wide and extends from just below the waist to about mid-thigh. The weave of the mesh is open enough that your kid's underwear is going to show through (and some of their thigh as well, especially if they wear briefs). Why would anyone in their right mind want that for a middle school kid? Maybe it wouldn't be noticeable if you child wore black boxer briefs that extended down their thigh, but this is a no-go for anyone with light colored briefs. If it's cold enough to wear sweats, who wants a breeze blowing through their groin area anyway? Glad I noticed before I took the labels off, and Amazon made the return easy, but what the heck, Adidas?

I ordered the XS for my almost 8 year old (pic 1) , the S for my almost 11yo (pic2) and the XL for the husky 5’ 125lb foster son who wears a 16-18 in pants. The first 2 were a little on the big side even though I sized down, but they’ll totally work with a little room to grow. YXL was so huge! My 5’3 16yo daughter said they were too long on her. You guys, THEY FIT MY 6’1” HUSBAND! They didn’t even look like leggings on him. I’m returning the XL and trying a L. I’ll update tomorrow when they arrive.

Several days ago, I couldn't sleep with visions of my son heading to middle school in way-too-short-pants for in-person learning after a looong stint of virtual school. I had not purchased him pants in over 6 months because 1) Summer, and 2) Even if his pants were super short, no one could tell as he sat in front of his computer day-in and day-out. In 2 weeks, kids are headed back to school 1/2 of the week and I got seriously stressed. Addiads pants historically run slim and long and after pouring over reviews, I took a chance on these. They could not be a better fit! I ordered size L and they fit his 5'7" height and the drawstring pulls tight against his 24" waist. These are the best fitting, and longest pants, he's had in years! I'm stunned and so happy. I bought 4 pairs!

These are fabulous. So much cheaper then the women’s version. Plus such a better selection of colors! Pockets are deeper too. Wish I knew before buying women’s version. A little longer just for info.

My 11 year old daughter wears a size medium, she is approx 4 ft 9" and 105 lbs. She loves Adidas pants, and once you know your kids size, you can keep buying more colors. Great for middle school wardrobe. She loves this metallic stripe pair.

My son likes these & they look nice on. They're lightweight material so they'll be perfect even during our summer months. They fit him in length but are still too big in waist. But, that's my kid. I wish maybe they had a drawstring waist to help.

The adidas kids youth Tiro19 pants are nice but they run large. Definitely size down for the right training pant fit. My daughter has a pair of the Tiro17 pants in a size medium, but I had to return these Tiro19 pants for a size small to get a similar fit. They run larger in the waist and longer at the ankle than the previous version. While my daughter likes her new pants, I prefer the classic look of the Tiro17 pants to this updated version. I’m not a big fan of the athletic “vent” across the thighs on the Tiro19. Just my personal opinion.

The product is advertised as a "Mens" but I received "Boys" size pants.

Ordered these for my 14 year old. Shoes it’s yellow stripes but received black pants with bright orange stripes. No mad at it but not what we ordered. Have purchased these pants in literally every colour. Size Xl still fits him thank goodness. He’s pretty tall for an almost 14 year old. Length is perfect and is much cheaper for kids size. He’s 154 lbs and almost 5’8. One star deducted for colour being not what was ordered.

FALSELY ADVERTISED. THIS IS NOT A CLIMACOOL PRODUCT. In the Amazon picture when you zoom in on the rear of the product it shows climacool printed above the right butt. Mine says AEROREADY where climacool should have been.Aweful product. Material is not as expected like adidas climacool pants. These pants have no stretch and are scratchy on skin.

They fit as advertised but issue is with the stitching. They are not lie flat seams so they rub against the leg. The material also seemed a little thinner than what I am used to in Tiro pants

Not true to size. Son wears a large in Adidas youth soccer uniforms yet these pants listed as YL are definetly not that. They would fit an adult man. I don't know if it's worth trying to replace as the YS would take 3 months to ship. Pants do look nice though. I'm sure if my son fit in them he would be happy.
