Bookluver888 Kombucha Mother starter kit makes 1 gallon (black tea)

The scooby was very very small. Did not come with instructions. I lhowever got the instruction online and set it in the tea. After checking it seven days later, the scooby turned black and seems like fungus was growing on top.

This scoby is not big enough to start a gallon. It is small....the size to start a quart....just an fyi for anyone ordering it.
