Beautiful chair Easy to assemble!
Arrived on time and very well packed.The instructions were at the very top, simple and easy to understand. Taking my time it took about an hour to assemble. The trickiest part was bolting on the armrests. Don’t be put off by the first review, if you don’t have the instructions you can find an assembly video on YouTube.

This is a good quality reproduction of a classic chair
This is a good quality reproduction of a classic chair. I have to say the assembly instructions are difficult to read, as they appear to have been photocopied a few too many times, and the armrests were extremely challenging to bolt to the body of the chair. But if you take your time, it will come together, and the end result is a beautiful and comfortable piece of furniture that is a fraction of the price of the official/original.

Not well packaged, came with scratches.
Came with a handful of worn out spots and scratches. Probably could be better if packaged better. All the bolts were scattered in the box, looks like everything fell out of a zip lock. Instructions are poor quality but the chair is simple enough to figure out. Overall build is ok. But the foam is currently stiff but may soften over time.

Do not buy this! Chair came with scratches and was a pain in ass to assemble. Clue: if you mark something “R” and “L” include “front” or “back”

I bought the chair disregarding the other reviews and I can personally confirm that they were true. The chair arrived damaged and scratched. It was difficult to put together due to the actual construction. The screw holes did not match up on the different parts. The leather arms were not able to be fixed to the chair either. The whole thing looked nice, but was a very cheap replica and was not comfortable at all.

This is impossible to put together. The armrest metal brackets do not align to the bottom or the top. They are the same when they are supposed to be two different kinds. AWFUL. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP.

No instruction sheet for assembly included!! Need that asap. Amazon instructed me to send chair back.... I ordered a different brandWITH instructions included and it arrived. Easy set-up and beautiful chair. Avoid this UPSUN company....!! others had the same problem/ complaint that I did.

Be very careful of this company. I would recommend going in another direction.
Assembly was difficult. But I was able to figure it out. The faded sheet of instructions were of no help. More importantly is the damage to the wood. And the less than adequate packaging. I understand it’s a “replica” of sorts, but there should still be a level of quality and presentability to the product.
