Oh my goodness...I was not completely sure if this product was really going to work. But let me tell you...It has been a dream come true (haha...see what I did there). I am the snore person in my house. So this review is based on the feedback from my family. It has made a huge difference. Everyone is able to sleep a little better now that mom can sleep quietly. I was worried this would feel obtrusive and make it difficult to fall asleep. But it didn't take long at all to drift peacefully to sleep. Try it! You won't regret it!!

First, of course, i didn't snore, but my wife said I snore less when using these :) They move the lower jaw forward, lessening air passageway obstruction. some people may find it difficult to sleep with these in your mouth, I actually sleep better-seems I was waking my self up, and now I sleep more soundly. you actually get 2 sets, i suppose one of them is for when the first set wears out. I haven't tried the nosepieces yet, but I will, they seen to be designed for a stuffy person like me....Jim

The assortment in the set was interesting, so I decided to give this product a try- less snoring in a couple of days! Easy-to-follow instructions, needed to mold the snoring mouthpiece. I molded and then remolded the mouthpiece until I reached the perfect fit, it took only a couple of minutes. The nasal inserts are made of soft silicone material and are very easy to use. They come in 4 sizes to choose from. When you put these in it’s like being hooked up to an oxygen tank! It's kind of weird to wear the mouth guard in the beginning, but it gets easier to wear every night. All things considered, I snore less and wake up more rested than before. Pretty affordable, too.

Works great! I mainly bought the set for the mouth guard for grinding teeth. The night guard hasn't disappointed me, after 3 weeks no tension headaches from bruxism anymore! The price-quality ratio is incredible, there are sellers out there selling one mouth guard (same quality!) at this price. This is what I call a good deal - 2 mouth guards + 2 sets of nose vents at the price of 1 mouth guard. The nose vents are also very useful, you can really notice a difference in the quality of breathing, I totally recommend this kit.

Surprised of how well this works. The mouth guard may be uncomfortable in the beginning though (at least it was for me) - I woke up first night pulling it out of my mouth - but this will go away after 3-4 days! My favorite product in the set are the nasal cones, they are easy to use and wear. These two products make together a good team indeed - the mouth guard moves the mandible forward and prevents air blockage and the nose cones facilitate exclusive nasal breathing!

This snoring solution really works. I have been using it for 5 nights now and it worked very well so far. Both mouth guards and nasal dilators are made of high-quality materials, easy-to-use and efficient. I molded the mouthpiece with my lower jaw moving forward about 3mm and this worked fine for me - my snoring reduced significantly over the last nights. With both snoring mouthpiece and nose vents in place, I can finally breathe exclusively through the nose. I enjoy the progress I made by using this set! Last but not least, the devices are easy to clean and to store (each device has its own antibacterial case). I totally recommend them!

Have been using over a week and husband has not complained about me snoring. Product is very easy to use and was not uncomfortable. Would recommend this product. Product received promptly.

I thought I would have a hard time adjusting to it, but it was no problem. I love that it keeps me breathing through my nose during the night which has helped me breath and sleep better. And yes, it helped the snoring. I have even used the nose vents during the day to keep my nasal passages open when my sinuses want to close and after a few minutes I remove them and continue to breath through my nose with no problem. I recommend this product!
