Description said it came with a hanging top frame. No frame was included. I ordered it for a going-away gift because this poem was a song our school often sang at the end of concerts and events and we thought it would be a nice memory for someone who gave so much to our school. Really disappointed because there's not enough time to order a replacement and who knows if it would come without a hanger, too. It's frustrating to order things at Amazon and not be able to speak with a live person when situations like this arise.

I purchased this for St. Patrick's Day decor at my house.Pros: Nice color, lovely verse, easy to read from across the room.Cons: The hanger is a wooden dowel rod with a black cord attached. That is not what was pictured. The dowel is too long for the piece. It should have been trimmed closer to the tapestry. There is no way to pull it out and put a smaller dowel since it is sewed in and the ends of the dowel will not pull through the pocket. However, my sister has a saw and I will cut at least 6 inches off the length and glue the end of the dowel back on one side. That way it will fit on the wall and not extend into the door frame.It would be helpful if the length of the dowel was included in the description.

Beautiful tapestry, lettering and details were distinct (tapestry can be a blurry medium; this wasn't), sturdy hanger. Sent to parents, and it took them a long time to open all the protective packing (they were being careful in case they needed to return it). Love the celtic knots across the top and the charming cottage, as well as the traditional uncial script, similar to that used in the Book of Kells. On my monitor, the sky looks, well, sky blue. They said it's teal, maybe turquoise, definitely blue-green, so it doesn't readily "go" in their family room (burgundy and beige furnishings) as I'd hoped. But they love it and will find another place to hang it.

I have purchased this item a few years ago for a wedding gift and it was beautiful. I got it again for my parents and it was really wrinkly. It looks like it could’ve been a returned item and lastly, it was missing the hanger part. I was a little embarrassed to give it to them and would like to get a replacement but I have no way of getting in touch with the seller

Tapestry was fine but Amazon shipped this bent in several places and it was not from shipping
