Beckson Sump Inspection Port 4" White

Beckon has always been a reliable go to for inspection ports like this in the marine industry. I installed mine in my classic Flying Dutchman sailboat The originals were toast after 58 years. I won't live to see these go out of service.

Great item. Fits perfectly in a 4 1/2 inch hole. Clear plastic piece screws in and out for a better view inside sump pit or to run a hose in if you need to pump water from another area. Stand a small flashlight on the edge of clear plastic and you have a good view inside sump pit.

Overall great quality and work as intended. Wish however it included a rubber gasket to help seal off.

This thing is great. I’ve long wanted a way to see inside my sump pit without pulling off the nasty lid. I added a waterproof light on the inside of the pit that I can turn on an easily see what is going on through the port. I can also take the lid off of a I need access. These should be standard in every sump!!
