The product was received quickly. It was very fresh & fragrant. Used the product to create a tea mixture & was perfect.

Let me start by saying that I am a Culinary Arts graduate and have worked in the culinary field for years. I purchased this product for my own personal use, its BBQ season, and was thrilled to find an organic seed at this price. My go to spice supplier is usually Frontier due to how easy it is to find at local markets. The Starwest cumin is far superior to what Frontier offers in local markets and I am happy to have so much of it. From the moment I opened the bag I could smell the richness of the cumin and could see the slight shine of the oils still in tact. I am very pleased with the product and will order again next years BBQ season.

I make a lot of Indian dishes... This cumin seed is fresh, and when toasted wow!I toast and grind these for amazing chili. Very, very fragrant...

Dry-roasted these seeds in a frying pan, and ground them up to use in seasoning for taco meat. Worked super well, resulted in delicious tacos.

Excellent quality check and control in place by Starwest company. Zero debrees, pure cumin seeds. Plus over 16 OZ is a nice plus.

Good product

The seeds smell great. But smelled already toasted. I compared the color to older seeds that I have and these new ones are darker--they seem toasted.

Smells like fresh cumin! Great quality and always the cheapest organic option in the market.

Always better to grind my own seeds. So fragrant and they last longer than powders. Also tastier.
