I really do like this cookbook and am glad I purchased it! Here is the breakdown:Cons:-Seems like the recipes for each phase are a bit too few.-There are a lot of recipes involving various kinds of seafood.-Cost is a bit high when not on sale.Pros:-The cookbook is lovely, aesthetically pleasing, and the food pictures look appealing.-The author seems very compassionate and with a genuine desire to help people overcome SIBO.-The book includes a great description of SIBO, what sparks it, various forms of treatment, what helped her the most, and a thorough breakdown of the bi-phasic diet which were all extremely helpful to me!-The recipes she includes helped spark ideas for me in terms of other creative meals based on her suggestions.-This book helped me not to stay stuck feeling discouraged thinking that I did not have options. She demonstrated that there are options. They require work and creativity, but this is probably not going to be a forever situation. The author moved on and seems to be in a great place health-wise and that really encourages me too.-I bought the book on sale.PLEASE include more of this author's books here on Amazon! I am not likely to buy from a direct website, but I will buy on Amazon since I'm here for other things too. Having access to her work in a convenient way was so helpful.I would love to see her soups recipe book on here as well as anything else she comes up with! PLEASE PUT THE US VERSION OF HER CHRISTMAS BOOK ON HERE! I wanted to eat everything in that one.If the author ever reads this, thank you for all your hard work!! SIBO feels terrible, but this book helped empower me to deal with it head on. I hope this helps someone with a purchase decision!
