Not a bad light, installed and functions well. Only negative that brought down the stars were the fact that these bulbs put out so much heat, the UV lens melted off and bounced off my shoulder. Felt a quick sting and looked down to see it melted a perfect circle into my kitchen place-mat. Pretty much no way to contact seller that I can find.

The light is very beautiful! Looks exactly as advertised. We liked it so much we bought a 2nd one, for another room. It is nice that you can move each light along the track to the position you desire. This was important to us when choosing a track light. The bulbs are definitely difficult to install and remove. Also, the bulb installation tool (suction cup) did not work on the LED bulbs we tried; it would not stick to the bulb. Also, one of the bulbs arrived severely cracked; I have tried to figure out how to contact the seller and I haven't been able to. Not terribly expensive to order replacement bulbs, but a pain to have to do this.

After finished mounting and installing, one of the track lights does not turn on.

I bought a “used, like new” from an “other seller” and one of the lamps was so damaged that it took me 20 minutes to get the bulb in, but that’s just a quick ‘buyer beware’, not a comment on the quality of this track light if bought new. Other than the fact that I’m going to have to swap the HOT burning, “warm” (very yellow light) bulbs out for daylight LED’s (again, nothing to lower the rating about), this light is terrific. I also bought the thing you put on the end (that’s technical jargon) to make this one you can plug in instead of hard-wire. Perfect!

Exactly what I expected. Good choice for my traditional decor

My husband and I have installed many lights in our home, but this one was the most challenging! The light had two sets of different instructions, one on the box, and one set inside the box. We used the instructions inside the box only to find out that those instructions don't mention that you need to mount the track before connecting all your wiring. The hardware included did not fit a standard size junction box which was frustrating. Lastly, the instructions shows the mounting bracket upside down. The positives: If you're looking for track lighting where you can actually move the light position on the track, not just the angle of the light, this is the light for you. It is also extremely low profile; perfect for Ikea Pax system doors that swing out just 3" from the ceiling.

Well great lighting but I would suggest on changing bulbs to led for the halogens will give off heat. Being in the south this will help out especially during the summer.
