I know that a lot of people believe that these types of tapes have some ability to support muscles or ease pain beyond what is actually possible. I think there is a huge placebo effect of using these tapes that are part of the claims made by the company that made this kind of taping popular. However. What I use these tapes for, and what they work great for, is vein support. I have varicose and spider veins on both legs, and I'm a nurse that stands 15+ hours a day at work. I wear Spanx under my clothes AND compression socks to the knee at work. However, day to day, especially when working out or under my regular clothes I don't want to be buried under all that nylon. I take the tapes, and use the stretch along the swollen veins (the ones I can see) and the tape does a good job of supporting them.These tapes are much cheaper than the brand name, and the adhesive works very well and isn't disturbed by sweat, or the pulling on and off of compression tights for exercise. I have measured my calves (which is where I use them, from mid calf to just over the knee, on the medial and lateral side of each leg) after going about my day without them on, versus when I wear them. The difference in the amount of leg swelling is significant if I'm not taping.All this to say, that these tapes are a good value, and they work very well for my use. I only have to change these tapes when they start to lose stretch, or the edges curl, which is usually a couple to maybe three times a week, which means I use about 12 tapes a week so the pack of 80 lasts a long time. You don't have to spend $15 a roll for the brand, which doesn't stick as well.

Sticks fairly well, lasts through one shower, will start to peel off edges after two days.Perfect for short time use, durable, holds it's position throughout entire performance (dancer).

I use this tape to support and stabilize a knee with a meniscus tear when I am golfing or playing pickle bal. it effectively stabilizes the knee, when used as suggested in you tube videos. Also comes with a small pair of scissors... handy!Works just as well as KT tape ... and cheaper.

This tape works great. This is my 1st time buying it on the internet but it works better than the kind I normally buy in store. Sticks well and has a good stretch too it. If you have used kinesiology tape before this stuff works great and is super cheap. If you have not used kinesiology tape before you should try it. There are times I 100% could not play without it.

The stretch of this product and the adhesion to my skin made it a considerable value. I bought this to wrap my heel because I had bruised it. The tape stayed on my foot for 2 days, and came off easily when I needed to pull it off. I would recommend anybody buy it. Good stuff thank you very much.

I like this product. It sticks well to skin where other brands sometimes rolled on my ankle. I like the precut strips as well. I had no problems when wearing it.

Half the tape of the one roll was the sticky design of KT tape. The other half was just smooth sticky. I could tell a difference with pain level. Sticking with brand KT because it’s the same every time.

Skin started itching and burning where this tape was applied. I should have removed immediately but gave it a few minutes. I have used many tapes in the past and never had an adverse reaction. The tape actually dissolved on my skin!!! It left horrible burn marks in the pattern of the adhesive. I figured other reviewers were just sensitive. Not so, this stuff is toxic. Avoid!
