Surprisingly Good
Nice option for my vegetarian client who wanted Impossible/Beyond Salisbury steak. Zhuze it up with some sautéed mushrooms, a dash of heavy cream, some fresh cracked pepper. Not bad at all.

Easy to use.
First time user. Was a snap to fix. Flavor was a bit flat but when putcwith the meat was fine. No issue with lumps. Came together in just a few minutes. Didn't split which I have found have occurred with some Gluten free products.

Nice alternative
I try to stay away from salty foods and sauces for my health..love gravy but it's always salty and if I TRY to make from scratch it is horrible..lol...so this vegan gravy is great replacement.

Easy but not very good
I wasn't feeling too well and didn't want to hassle with making my own gravy lol this was simple enough but gooey/slimey jelly like, very salty yet not very flavorful at all. Ech.

This stuff is great. I miss good gravy since eating a vegetarian diet. This is perfect. And very easy to make.

I loved it!
I’m surprised by all the negative reviews. I made the most delicious mushroom stroganoff with this gravy mix. I made the gravy mix, put aside and then sautéed my mushrooms, onions and garlic. Then I poured in the gravy, added a little red wine and a touch of vegan sour cream on top of whole grain noodles.. it was perfect! Maybe it was all my add ins, but I love it as the base.
