One Year Old... Still working like new
This item and the seller are both top-notch. I didn't review Flavor as I use this for several of my aquariums and that particular feature, though fine for fish needing a base PH like humans, is not something that is healthy for "Blackwater" fish or any of the other species preferring 6.0-7.0 PH as their max. Luckily the seller was able to get me a stage section that worked for me and they also pointed me to another source should I need to change in the future. This unit puts the RO water out from 0ppm to 0.5 ppm - this is dependent on our rain/water for the month as I have my own well. My well water is 7.8 PH and 280-320 ppm. RO is 6.7 -7.0 ph and rarely over 0.1-0.2 ppm.Great Item. Great Seller A+++

Not for drinking
I put 5 stars for "flavor" but this water is for the aquariums. It is working great and I guess the fish like the flavor of the new water.

Plenty of clean water from the tap
Works great. Takes the water down to around .036ppm. Would like to see a higher quality insert to take the dissolved solids down below at least 10 parts per million
